As all ways every time l have to go to Firstmark I’m greeted as soon as l inter the lobby. With some one wanting to help this time it was Madalyn my CD had matured. And as l look back when opening my new account there it’s been a wander full experience everyone doing there best for the customer.

Catherine Ortiz was very helpful with renewing my CD. Once it matured, my plan was to close it out and take it to another bank. Mrs. Ortiz was proactive and provided valuable information about rate matching, therefore, I chose to keep my CD with First Mark. I feel confident that Mrs. Ortiz is looking out for my financial well being which is an important aspect for keeping my business. She provides excellent customer service and is very knowledgeable with the products offered.
