I was going through the application process of getting a car loan. This would be my second time with Firstmark. The process for me was a bit lengthy,l this second time around, but it was out of our control since the car was being purchased through a dealership from another family friend who was the original buyer. Even with that, Firstmark was there every step of the way to ensure the process went as smooth as possible.
