This is my second time in the last 7 months to set up CD’s with the bank. I have worked with the same gentleman in both situations. I should have got his name, but overlooked getting it. His patience’s and detail to my questions was appreciated. I always appreciate the customer service of the people that take care of my needs.

As all ways every time l have to go to Firstmark I’m greeted as soon as l inter the lobby. With some one wanting to help this time it was Madalyn my CD had matured. And as l look back when opening my new account there it’s been a wander full experience everyone doing there best for the customer.
