The person who assisted us, lexi lane, was super helpful with helping me open a new account and was really nice. She answered any question I had and explained and clarified anything I didn't know. She made the visit a pleasant one.

I always get wonderful customer service at FMCU either at the Jefferson location or by phone. I prefer to go into the CU rather than do online service. Felipa Lira is one of my favorite people, have known her for many years from the Jefferson location, and she’s always very patient and accommodating.
