My experience was in 2 parts, I don’t remember the date of my 1st visit but I was blessed to be assisted by Patricia once again on my 2nd visit which was on 5/15/23. I shared with Patricia my personal life and what I was going thru with my daughter, she listened with a compassionate understanding heart, both days she gave me excellent customer service, I felt like I was someone that mattered and not just another member she was assisting.
