As always our experience with Firstmark Credit Union was second to none. Our first real contact happened a couple of years ago with Ms Tiffany Hughes. She represents customer service at its very best! She was sure to let us know that if we ever needed anything to reach out to her. I recently wanted to apply for a loan. As a “walk-in” member, my husband had with questions about a personal loan. Firstmark staff(Tiffany from O’Connor location) assisted him. She provided several options on a personal loan and interest and then on a secured loan. I walked in later to transfer money from savings and transferred to a CD therefore being eligible for a secure loan. Tiffany was extremely professional, cordial and accommodating to our needs.
