Firstmark Credit Union at Fredericksburg Road is were I went and while there I was provided with excellent service. Robert Gallegos helped me open a checking account and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend him as a person who is respectful, and is there to guide you and answer questions that you might have on your banking needs. Thank you Firstmark, I feel confident on the expertise showed by your personnel at Fredericksburg Road.

I tried to open a money market account online but couldn’t do it. I emailed FMCU customer service. They gave me a number to call and I did. The young lady who helped me did an excellent job. Not only was she able to create a new money market account, she also transferred funds into it. Then asked if I needed anything else. I wished I had asked her to repeat her name. Her knowledge of my need and her customer service are two reasons why I have stayed with FMCU for the past 35 years.
