Excellent service, very knowledgeable employee. I have been with this credit union since 1974.
All I have to say is that the Jefferson location is one of the best financial centers I've had other banks but I've always had problems. FirstMark has the best customer service. Tracy assisted me with the best service my loan was approved and the funds were in my account in no time. The staff is amazing and always willing to help me.

I was going through the application process of getting a car loan. This would be my second time with Firstmark. The process for me was a bit lengthy,l this second time around, but it was out of our control since the car was being purchased through a dealership from another family friend who was the original buyer. Even with that, Firstmark was there every step of the way to ensure the process went as smooth as possible.
