Great experience. She was very professional the whole time we were on the phone. She answered all my questions quickly. If she couldn't help me, she would connect me right away to the department that could answer my questions.

The loan dept. was very helpful in getting us the loan we needed. They were also patient with me and my lack of technology skills and really worked with us to get us what we needed and we appreciate it.
