Good location, great service I have been going to Gene Juarz for many years. It does get very busy so make reservations early. Facials are wonderful as well as the pedicures. Hair services can get expensive, but usually worth the cost.

great service -especially Mila Mila is fantastic, she is so professional and always does a great job with my haircut. Have recommended her to several friends and would not hesitate to recommned her to anyone else.

I had an awesome experience at Gene Juarez at Alderwood Mall From the time I walked, I greeted, asked if I would anything to drink and given a wrap to change into. My hairdresser, Denise was very prompt. I was looking for a new cut and look.. She was amazing! She seemed to know exactly what would work for me, not being one that wants to spend to much time on my hair. The cut is great and falls into place by itself! I LOVE it. Thanks Denise! Pros + At the mall, so plenty of parking Cons - Very expensive!

Color and Cut On short notice, I was able to get an appointment with Rikki and Jillian for a color and cut. They took great care of me and gave me exactly what I wanted. I would recommend them highly for their skills, personality and a great overall experience.

After Reading These Reviews, I was not that excited about using my $75 gift certificate. I was very pleased with the service and helpful attitudes at the Alderwood Mall Gene Juarez. Denise cut my hair, and she did a great job, it's the best haircut I've had in years. I didn't detect snobbishness from anyone. I also got there about 20 minutes early, and only had to wait a couple of minutes before getting my hair cut. I think many of these review are outdated. My experience was very positive. Great Salon... My first experience with Gene Juarez at first, wasn't great. The person I went to did a terrible, I mean terrible job coloring my hair. But then I went right after that to get my hair cut, and the person cutting my hair arranged for the best colorist to come over right then and there and redo my coloring for free.
