I have been going to this salon for a few years now. I have had nothing but good experiences, some better than others. I have found my favorite people for cutting my hair: Vjolca, coloring my hair: Somer, and waxing: Shelly. The pricing for the services is the only down fall. But I will pay it if I will always get this great service.

My generous daughter gave me a "Gene Juarez Salon" gift certificate for my Birthday. This week, I had a sudden urge to get my hair cut and styled so I gave them a call at the Alderwood Mall location in Lynnwood, Washington. I was scheduled to come in for the very next morning. Colleen called me back after she heard I was unhappy with service and compted my color. Stacy was my stylist who was absolutely amazing. Felt like we were old friends by the time my hair was done. I got the color I originally asked for. Stacy really knew what she was doing with color and took time to make sure I was happy. I appreciate it very much!!!

Hadn't been to this salon in years and decided to give another try. I was so pleasantly surprised by the quality of the haircut I received from Valerie! Someone who really knows how to cut short hair in a feminine manner! So Glad I found Valerie!

Talk to the stylist to trim my ends and I walk out with a 90 bob. The shampoo was nice and she was nice. Just not what I wanted.

I came here for the first time yesterday on the recommendation of several friends. My stylist was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. I had about 12"'cut off of my hair and am very happy with the style but the only issue is that it was cut crooked. One side was longer than the other and the back had several uneven spots. It's frustrating to pay full price and not get the blow dry but also have to come home and fix it. I will give Gene Juarez another try but will probably wait until blow drying and styling is available.

This was my first time ever at this salon, I called to book an appointment and they were able to accommodate me the next day. I went in for a haircut and had the pleasure of having Renee cut my hair. She listened to what I wanted and did exactly that and more! I am very pleased with my haircut and will come back for any future haircuts here. THANK YOU RENEE!! The salon was very clean and everyone was wearing a mask which made me feel really safe!!

Spur of the moment, last 10 minutes of work, so I decided to go to Gene Juarez for a long overdue hair cut (4 years overdue) Walked in and was greeted right away, as this was a last minute decision, I did not make an appointment but was told I could be seen @ 4pm (20 min wait) so I said yes! Mason did an AMAZING job in giving me exactly what I wanted!! To keep my length but get rid of my ends and add some style! I have went to Gene Juarez off and on for 20+ years. It's all about finding the artists that understands your style and what you want and expect. I absolutely love Thaleena for my hair cuts and Gabriel for my color both are fabulous.
