I went in on Friday to get a haircut and I've been really nervous about letting people touch my hair because I've had horrible experiences. My hair is very long and I've done to other salons where I tell them just an inch and end up cutting 10. I had the best experience! London is amazing at cutting hair. She's such a sweetheart. My hair looked so damaged when I got there but after she cut it my hair looks so silky and shiny, definitely going back to her when it's time.

I had my makeup done for my wedding day and Erin did an amazing job! I am so happy with how well she was able to get my makeup exactly how I wanted it. I received so many compliments at my wedding. I told her as I was leaving, " I've never felt so beautiful!" Thank you so much Erin!!

TASHA, you are a total rockstar! I wish I would of taken a "before" picture to show the difference. I am pretty vanilla with my hair....I had boring super long hair (to my hips) with a year+ worth of split ends and uneven layers... Tasha cleaned it all up and now it looks healthier than ever. Gene Juarez has won me over completely. It was so easy to book an appointment, I was actually able to book it via text message while in a work meeting! When I arrived, I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist and asked if I wanted anything, coffee, tea,ect. The colorist, Erica was extremely knowledgable and before starting, thoroughly examined my hair and gave her expertise on what she thought would be best and explained what she would be doing (my hair was damaged from three years of at home DIY). If I could give LEO and LEXI 10 stars I would! They are both amazing at their respective art. I say art because the way that Leo cuts my hair is truly like she's working on her latest masterpiece! Lexi artistically created my perfect shade of red from an old picture of me and my description of 'the perfect redhead'! I have been going to the University Village Gene Juarez salon for a little over a year because I decided I wanted platinum blonde hair. I see Parker at the U Village location and she always does such a phenomenal job--she is passionate about what she does and just exudes joy every time I see her! She had always kept the vision I had for my hair in mind which I appreciate--I wanted to be icy blonde but not have it look too crazy and she has always listened! I came into the salon today for a trim. The front desk was attentive and checked me in quickly. I booked with Marques who was running a little late. Marques listened to what I wanted and how I usually style my hair. He took the time to style and wash it with great care, even when I just needed a boring old trim. Check out at the front desk was just as friendly and quick as check in. I will be back!

Jamie gave me a haircut today and I love it she's very professional and give me a haircut just the way I ask for, not too short I love my hair I highly recommend her to anybody thought she's always fully booked.
