I've had mixed experiences at this location and have learned a lot from coming here. I come here every 6 months to treat myself to a hair cut and flat iron. I have thick curly 4C grade hair. I've learned over time that not every stylist has experience with my type of hair, and because of that I've experienced various levels of quality when it comes to the final result of how my hair turns out. I have seen both Vjollca and Harlowe and would give them each 5 stars for their haircuts. They are both very talented. I have also had a facial with skin-therapist Helena and that was enjoyable. However, the reason for the 2 missing stars is because every time I have called this salon, the customer service has been very poor. The representatives always struggle so much to respond to my basic questions regarding services, that I always think they just got hired. More importantly, the salon itself is very out-dated. I woke up yesterday morning and decided I wanted a big change with my hair. Booking online was easy and I was able to secure an appointment for the same day. This was my first visit with Charise, and I strongly feel I have found my go-to gal. I went in on Friday to get a haircut and I've been really nervous about letting people touch my hair because I've had horrible experiences. My hair is very long and I've done to other salons where I tell them just an inch and end up cutting 10. I had the best experience! London is amazing at cutting hair. She's such a sweetheart. My hair looked so damaged when I got there but after she cut it my hair looks so silky and shiny, definitely going back to her when it's time.
I had my makeup done for my wedding day and Erin did an amazing job! I am so happy with how well she was able to get my makeup exactly how I wanted it. I received so many compliments at my wedding. I told her as I was leaving, " I've never felt so beautiful!" Thank you so much Erin!!

TASHA, you are a total rockstar! I wish I would of taken a "before" picture to show the difference. I am pretty vanilla with my hair....I had boring super long hair (to my hips) with a year+ worth of split ends and uneven layers... Tasha cleaned it all up and now it looks healthier than ever. Gene Juarez has won me over completely. It was so easy to book an appointment, I was actually able to book it via text message while in a work meeting! When I arrived, I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist and asked if I wanted anything, coffee, tea,ect.
