Editorial review from Citysearch I had signed up for a spa membership with a contract for 6 months. I've noticed a rapid decline in customer service (unfriendly schedulers) the cleanliness of the spa facility and it's hit and miss on the spa and hair service - not all practitioners are qualified to be working in a supposedly high end salon/spa. Not as good as they think! I agree with several of the previous posts. Gene Juarez is not as good as they think they are. The staff appears to have an attitude that they are better than most and are so much above their clients that they are demeaning to clients. I have not gone there for years now because of this.
