Kyle was very nice and expectedly professional. I was in for a shampoo/cut/blow-dry service. It had been a long time since my last visit, and it was nice to see quality and service are still priorities at GJ. The cut was subtle. He took virtually nothing off as I'm attempting to grow it longer; however the change was pretty dramatic. Perfectly shaped and styled, I looked much better and felt better too. The price is steep. The results are worth it. Thanks, Kyle! One star missing for being out of coffee in the waiting area.

I can hands down say I am so happy i came to this salon and got the most spectacular service from Atusa... even though she wasn't the original person I was place with for my appointment.. she came in and save the day when it came to my hair type .. she was patient and kind and even help me stop crying after not getting the best hair service for the previous stylist . I absolutely recommend Charise to do your haircut. She let me zone out and just chill, while giving me the most beautiful haircut. My hair is thick and long but she knew exactly how to manage it to shape my face. Thank you for a truly relaxing day!! I also highly recommend Vjollca! Excellent cut and styling, so happy I went to Gene Juarez and had Vivi do my hair. I was really nervous as I hadn't had my hair cut for awhile and my hair is curly. I didn't want to spend so much on a hair cut, but I totally lucked out having Vivi do my curly hair! She listened to me, made a couple suggestions, washed it, cut it, styled it and I can't believe how nice it looks. Vivi has a lot of experience and it really shows. I love going here. They always do a amazing job with my hair. I get it cut and colored and they are so nice to me. I have never had a hair appointment that turned out bad and I've loved every single cut and color I have gotten from there although they are pricey for most they have good service.

I got my hair cut with Tyler. I absolutely love my hair cut. Honestly the best haircut I have had in several years. I will be going to him for now on. Also does my friends hair. It always looks fabulous. Had a nice conversation. I highly recommend him.

I have been going to this salon for a few years now. I have had nothing but good experiences, some better than others. I have found my favorite people for cutting my hair: Vjolca, coloring my hair: Somer, and waxing: Shelly. The pricing for the services is the only down fall. But I will pay it if I will always get this great service.

My generous daughter gave me a "Gene Juarez Salon" gift certificate for my Birthday. This week, I had a sudden urge to get my hair cut and styled so I gave them a call at the Alderwood Mall location in Lynnwood, Washington. I was scheduled to come in for the very next morning. Colleen called me back after she heard I was unhappy with service and compted my color. Stacy was my stylist who was absolutely amazing. Felt like we were old friends by the time my hair was done. I got the color I originally asked for. Stacy really knew what she was doing with color and took time to make sure I was happy. I appreciate it very much!!!
