If I could give LEO and LEXI 10 stars I would! They are both amazing at their respective art. I say art because the way that Leo cuts my hair is truly like she's working on her latest masterpiece! Lexi artistically created my perfect shade of red from an old picture of me and my description of 'the perfect redhead'! I have been going to the University Village Gene Juarez salon for a little over a year because I decided I wanted platinum blonde hair. I see Parker at the U Village location and she always does such a phenomenal job--she is passionate about what she does and just exudes joy every time I see her! She had always kept the vision I had for my hair in mind which I appreciate--I wanted to be icy blonde but not have it look too crazy and she has always listened! I came into the salon today for a trim. The front desk was attentive and checked me in quickly. I booked with Marques who was running a little late. Marques listened to what I wanted and how I usually style my hair. He took the time to style and wash it with great care, even when I just needed a boring old trim. Check out at the front desk was just as friendly and quick as check in. I will be back!

Jamie gave me a haircut today and I love it she's very professional and give me a haircut just the way I ask for, not too short I love my hair I highly recommend her to anybody thought she's always fully booked.

I continue to go to this Gene Juarez because it is the nearest one. They continue to have issues. Check in/ out is usually difficult as you can see by my photo. They do offer wine now though, so maybe that will take the edge off the long wait.

My favorite cut stylist (Vjollca) works out of this location. I love her work, she is wonderful! This is a beautiful salon and they take good care of their clients! It's expensive, but the quality and service are competitive. It's worth it if you want great quality and guarantee. They will work with you if you're not satisfied. I was happy to see that they now offer wine with your visit - in addition to tea, water, and coffee. They have a vast selection of hair products on sale. I went in for a balayage with Kelsy. Color turned out great. She was running behind so someone dried my hair and she was able to style it. I will definitely be back to see Kelsy for touch-ups. The front desk was busy. They weren't as personable as other places I've been to. Next time, I'll have to make sure they leave off olaplex treatment out.
