When I arrived they checked me in, offered me a robe, offered me a beverage and brought my (delicious) coffee to me when it was ready. The scalp massage was amazing! I got a wonderful haircut and now I cannot imagine going anywhere else. They helped me get my hair sent in for a donation to wigs for kids! It is so awesome that they do that and they don't partner with other hair donation organizations that are unethical. Best experience ever! Wynter is beyond amazing!! My hair looks amazing and we came up with the perfect plan to get me to my goal Great conversation with so many laughs! I needed this like no other and left with a huge smile! Found my hair person for sure!! You won't be disappointed!

I have to be honest, I've always been a bit hesitant on going to GJ because of the general mediocre reviews, ratings, and past experiences at other locations. But I've been desperately in need of finding a salon / stylist closer to home as my go-to salon is in Seattle... it's been years since I've found another good stylist. I am surprised to read so many bad reviews! It is true that making an appointment there is a pain, between the girls who don't get your name correctly, don't listen to what you want, create a double account at your name because they butchered your name the first time... I have to say that their option of booking via text is brilliant and works perfectly! Once you are finally there it is time to find your perfect artist. It took me a long time to find the rare one! Beautiful. Professional. Impeccably clean. I spent a full day at this location December 2019 using a Day of Beauty gift card. The Therapeutic massage with Ivan was great. He is professional but friendly. Then an hour long facial with Fiona. She steamed my face, cleansed, moisturized, wrapped my face in hot towels, and afterward brought me Market Spice tea! I had a fabulous cut the other day from Jeremy Jenks. I have thin, fine and wavy hair that was hard to style with my mid length cut from another salon. My hair looked limp and lifeless. After consulting with Jeremy, we decided on a semi pixie style. He did his magic and voila! My hair is a breeze to style now, looks fuller and chic! I'm thrilled and highly recommend Jeremy to anyone wanting a great cut from a master. He listened and put me at ease. He's my new stylist of choice! Thanks Jeremy!

Jeremy cut & styled my hair, and in fact my entire family's hair, for many years in San Francisco, and we miss him terribly! Seattle is *so* lucky to have him. He listens carefully to what his clients want, he's patient, and, above all, extremely talented with those scissors. Jeremy was my hairdresser before he moved away to Seattle, I miss him mucho! Great person and stylist, always listened to what I wanted; would be cautious when needed and went big when I asked him. Always listening to his clients. He will he missed in the Bay Area, all you folks in Seattle are lucky to have him. Jeremy cut, colored and keratin treated my hair over the years and it always look fab!

PLEASE READ IF U HAVE CURLY HAIR. I'll come back here but not with Jeremy. He was visibly upset and irritated at the length and texture of my hair. I got a treatment, cut and blow out - the staff inspected my hair (like a zoo animal) prior to booking. Jeremy took 10 minutes to leave to reschedule his day in order to complete my session, told me multiple times that he didn't know that I had this much hair.
