Coco is the best. I don't know what he does... but my hair always looks amazing when I see him. It's weeks later and my hair still feels healthier and happier! I can't imagine going to another stylist!

I booked an appointment with Shiro for some pretty big work. I was going from box black dye (yikes) to platinum blonde. I never felt judged or pressured into anything. Even in the first session, he managed to get me blonde without being orange! The rest of the staff were very friendly as well, constantly making sure I was comfortable. Pricey salon but well worth it for the experience.

There's a reason why GJ is so expensive: they really provide a best in class experience and I was blown away by my visit. From the moment you step in the door, you're treated like royalty. I was taken back to the dressing rooms and given a special robe to put on, they checked my coat at the door, and in 60 seconds I was with my stylist drinking La Croix and talking about my hair goals. I went for hair cut and my stylist was Antonio. He was just amazing and did perfect hair cut that suited me well. I went for a short hair cut, and was skeptical about choosing my stylist. I would strongly recommend Antonio for those who are little fussy in choosing their stylist. He is good at understanding what the client needs and reciprocate the same. Btw, he was go gentle with the hair which i don't see with many stylist in general.

Update: Stylist CoCo is still terrible, but I now have a much better impression of the salon. One of their representatives reached out to me and worked diligently to help make things right. This helped to make me feel much better about the situation. You can tell that they are vigilant and want to be sure their customers walk away satisfied. Thank you Colleen for your assistance!

I called in last minute and the front desk kindly accommodated & booked me for only an hour later appointment with Serena. Wasn't sure what to expect but years of being blonde and there's only a couple times I've been this happy after getting it done! Thanks Serena!

Changed from 1 to 3 stars after such responsiveness from management from post below. Dawn provided excellent service with my massage and Xavier at the front desk was friendly and seemed to be the only one with answers. Thank you! This location is not an upgrade from the previous one as it lacks a sauna, steam room and has one single shower. A truly good haircut will make you happy even while it grows out! Antonio gave me just that. This is a beautiful location with very friendly, accommodating staff. I love coming in early and enjoying a cup of tea while I wait. Despite its busy vibe, salons are so relaxing! Upon meeting Antonio, we went to the chair for a consultation.
