I came back for facial massage from m Kelly . I enjoyed the hot pillows on my shoulders and love the strawberry water . The girls I met were so politically welcome! Kelly was professional ethers waxing or facial:) I met Sebastian . Because I am going to come color my hair. I am looking forward to see him in the end of this month ! Excellent spa . I love it !

Lorenzo is amazing!! I love my balayage .. he's a wizard with color and I couldn't be happier! I could not speak higher is his style!!

Review for MED SPA. Shannon and Carly are amazing, if you have been wondering what goes on in the Gene Juarez newish addition with their med spa office (bellevue&redmond), wonder no more, Shannon has such a gentle hand, I was a little worried having Botox by someone new, however her and Carly worked as a team and made me feel so comfortable, she has such a light hand, I actually didn't even feel a thing! I Highly... capital H.. recommend Shannon for injectables. Will continue to see her in the future and refer her!

This salon is amazing! I have never been to a real Solon just like hair masters and jc penny's. The ladies on the phone were welcoming and kind. They even were real and honest about prices and their was no wondering about cost. They were real! Amy was the best hair colorist ever! She asked what I wanted but for the first time in my life told me what she suggested and it was perfect. She was real and fun and considerate! I was given a gift certificate to Gene Juarez for Christmas. Gene Juarez in Bellevue recently expanded the spa, adding medical cosmetic procedures. I decided to use the gift certificate to try something new. I called Gene Juarez and made an appointment, at that time I mentioned that I would be using a gift certificate. I love Gene Juarez!! Excellent service. Relaxing atmosphere. Just overall amazing. I always nearly fall asleep while I get pampered but I promise you don't want to miss a single second of whatever treatment you get.

I've been going to see my colorist, Jason Lewis at Gene Juarez for 25 years. I also get many other services there as well. Their new location is fabulous!! I can't say enough great things about Gene Juarez Salon & Spa. My previous colorist from a different company had been frying my blonde hair for years. I was referred to Gene Juarez. Jason Lewis was new at the time but a true artist and with full understanding of how to color hair without damaging it. He had my hair back in shape in months! This review is for the spa only at their NEW LOCATION at the Bravern in Bellevue. I saw Jay who gave the Lomi Lomi massage. I've seen him several times and he is awesome. Wonderful deep pressure, aromatherapy, ambiance, and most of all, he listens to his clients' needs. I would give him 5 stars. However, the new facility is tiny. The new salon at the Bravern is very chic and spa like. Have used different hairdressers and all are good as expected at GJ. Just had color with Lauren. She is great, very responsive to my requests and my hair looks fabulous every time!!
