I love this place! My mom, sister and I have been coming to Gene Juarez now for over a decade. We're a bit of a high maintained family - we get our hair done a lot! We all go see Eric Vana for all our hair dyeing needs, my mom and sister get their overall color done with him and I get a full bayalage. He's amazing and he also gives the BEST blowouts 10/10 would recommend him for all your hair needs!!!

Getting there: Once you've figured out where the entrance to the Bellevue Connection parking is, then it's easy. Take the elevator to G1 and Gene Juarez is right in front of you when stepping out of the elevator. Checking in: There's a long check-in counter. I've been seeing Jack for my hair for a few months now and I can say my hair has never looked better. He takes the time each appointment to ask what I liked/disliked or any changes I want to make. I'm constantly tweaking my hairstyle and he's always able to keep up and also keep me in check with what styles will work with my hair. Kelly P is an awesome addition to your team. I go to her for a wax and now bring my daughters. She's professional, customer service oriented, kind and exudes happiness. Highly recommend seeing Kelly if you need a wax!

This review is for Jack in the men's department. He is hands down the best hair enthusiast and stylist I've ever met. His work is unparalleled. I don't trust anyone else with my hair. Gene Juarez is always great and classy. Kinda expensive.

Just fyi, I was in on Saturday getting my makeup done for my son's wedding. Danielle was the best, I was exhausted,looked and felt horrible. She is a magician, not only did she do a beautiful job she lifted my spirits. I left feeling so amazing! I have been getting my hair cut by amber for about 2 years now. She is the best! She does a awesome job and exactly what I want. If you have long hair I would totally see her. The spa itself is in great location. My only complaint is the $2 fee for cleaning....really?!? You are a nice spa please don't nickel and dime people
