I've been seeing Jack for my hair for a few months now and I can say my hair has never looked better. He takes the time each appointment to ask what I liked/disliked or any changes I want to make. I'm constantly tweaking my hairstyle and he's always able to keep up and also keep me in check with what styles will work with my hair. Kelly P is an awesome addition to your team. I go to her for a wax and now bring my daughters. She's professional, customer service oriented, kind and exudes happiness. Highly recommend seeing Kelly if you need a wax!

I'm so happy Kelly P. has joined the team. She's amazing, I go see her often for a wax. She's extremely personable, great experience, never rushes, very quality work, and just an awesome person! She definitely knows what she's doing. As long as Kelly is there, I'll make sure to keep coming in.

This review is for Jack in the men's department. He is hands down the best hair enthusiast and stylist I've ever met. His work is unparalleled. I don't trust anyone else with my hair. Gene Juarez is always great and classy. Kinda expensive.

Ryan S took care of my daughter and made her look like a movie star for her prom. She also pampered her and made her feel like one too! We love this Gene Juarez and can't wait to see their new location. Best salon ever.

Just fyi, I was in on Saturday getting my makeup done for my son's wedding. Danielle was the best, I was exhausted,looked and felt horrible. She is a magician, not only did she do a beautiful job she lifted my spirits. I left feeling so amazing! I have been getting my hair cut by amber for about 2 years now. She is the best! She does a awesome job and exactly what I want. If you have long hair I would totally see her. The spa itself is in great location. My only complaint is the $2 fee for cleaning....really?!? You are a nice spa please don't nickel and dime people

I had the best experience with my highlight here. Eric is a great colorist. I came with a mixed color hair of grey, black and dark brown and he could fix it and turn it into a beautiful highlight. I had never had such an amazing highlight in my life. I highly recommend this place and specially Eric as colorist.

Ive been a 30 year client of multiple locations at Gene Juarez and I'm officially done. Went to UV location and had my appt canceled again - but was called on my way to the appt so I didn't get the message causing me frustration, disappointment and a two hour loss of time of my day. When MIA at the front desk told me my appt was canceled she didn't even apologize and offered me an appt over a week in advance. When I said I was going somewhere else, she said, "sounds good".
