I've been coming here for a while now. I see Katie for color every 8 weeks for roots and also for balayage. She does a phenomenal job! I had to try multiple design stylists to find the right fit but I'm so happy that I've found Grace. She gave me a great cut that was exactly what I asked for. I also love getting a Kerastase conditioning treatment. Yes, it's pricey but you get what you pay for. Nice lobby area and selection of beverages and magazine to make it a relaxing experience.
I went in last week for a full balyage . It would have been my special treat since I'm giving birth tomorrow and I know time will be scarce for me to get it done. After spending 2 hours and $246 I left not feeling super pleased but thought ... Let's give it time for the color to settle. We were made to wait for over 20 Mins for a manicure appt and that was not done. It was ok if we were told it's not possible to accommodate us or if there was no one to attend to us. I love them for hair and I think I will go to them only for My haircuts . My fav place for haircut is GJ anytime but this time it was nails and it didn't work well for us. I took my daughter to salon for a mom and me afternoon. The treatment itself seemed rushed...but it was done nicely. Would of liked "spa" music during treatment and maybe a more comfortable sitting situation? Ellen and Autumn were great !!! Relaxation room was nice but small. Shout out to Aphrodite! I have long, super thick, super curly (more like puffy, huge, out of control) and have had the same hairstyle now for about 30 years. Felt like I was getting a little too old for the ol' pony tail, and sought out their "top curly hair expert" - super ready for a change. Love love love it here!!! Dahlia has been cutting my hair for years in many many different styles and I always walk away feeling beautiful! Great service! Very clean and they never push products on you! I don't mind the drive from Auburn to get an amazing hair cut! Worth every penny and every minute in traffic!
I made an appointment for my mom at the Bellevue Gene Juarez with Sonia Castillo for hair color. My mom had been unhappy with what she had been getting done elsewhere and I recommended Sonia as I have seen her work and it is AMAZING! My mom was very happy with her hair color and full balayage she got done yesterday and she will definitely be back! A big thanks to her and we highly recommend her!
With such great artists and therapists on staff, I can't give them less than four stars. Jay is an absolute miracle worker. If you haven't given yourself the gift of Lomi Lomi, book a massage with him - today. Like right now. I was disappointed in the downgrading of the spa at their new location. The staff are awesome, the services are great, and I don't mind the more intimate setting, but the loss of the rain showers and sauna makes this less of a destination for relaxation and more of an in-and-out for me.
