This review is for the spa only at their NEW LOCATION at the Bravern in Bellevue. I saw Jay who gave the Lomi Lomi massage. I've seen him several times and he is awesome. Wonderful deep pressure, aromatherapy, ambiance, and most of all, he listens to his clients' needs. I would give him 5 stars. However, the new facility is tiny. The new salon at the Bravern is very chic and spa like. Have used different hairdressers and all are good as expected at GJ. Just had color with Lauren. She is great, very responsive to my requests and my hair looks fabulous every time!!

I have been a client at the Bellevue location for about 4 years, mainly for massage. The massages are generally good - they have a few therapists that are truly excellent and some that are not. But the ambience was primarily what kept me coming back. The relaxing pre-seating area, the showers and steam room, lighting, all of it. Well, they moved to the Bravern. This is the best place in Bellevue to go for gel nails. The technicians are very well trained, and my nails always look amazing for the next two weeks. They are not that much more than other salons, and their quality is superb.

I've been getting by Kelly for about 10 years and she is AMAZING!!! I mean obviously if I've been seeing her for 10 years she must be good. I originally saw her because I was in desperate need of a waxer that could fix the awful eyebrow job a previous waxer had done and I needed help ASAP! Kelly was able to fix them, and even them out with a few sessions and I've never looked back! She's fast too and that helps limit any pain you may feel. This weekend I got a hair cut from Jack in the men's department and it was one of the best haircuts I have ever received. Jack was extremely professional, was a pleasure to sit down with, and most importantly that man gives one amazing haircut. His attention to detail and his expert guidance makes it so that I cannot see myself getting a haircut anywhere else. For any guy hesitant about coming in because of the price, don't. Jack made the haircut worth every penny and more.

I love my regular color guy, but I'm looking forward to seeing their new space, as the current one is definitely run down. All of my haircuts have been fine, but I haven't found a stylist that I would go back for. If you need color, definitely go see Eric though!

Have been going to Gene Juarez for years and just had the best Mani-pedi ever! Dipssa did a fantastic job and I will always request her in the future! Give Dipssa a raise! She did an amazing job.

I go to Kelly Pezoldt-their aesthetician. I have been going to her for 5+ years. She gives me great advice on my skincare routine. I wax, get facials, and dermabrasion with Kelly. She is not pushy with product either. Yet, whatever I have bought from her suggestion has been very good.
