It was my first time & my experience was awesome, comfortable, excellent staff, attention to details with my manicure and pedicure.
The only reason that I'm giving an Above Average instead of Excellent is that I was surprised to learn that my colorist was no longer at Gene Juarez and I was assigned to someone else. Isabella did a wonderful job but I think you should notify your client ahead of time. Other than this, my color, cut and style was fabulous!

I love this salon and have been getting my hair done here for two years now. Everyone is incredibly professional and welcoming. My stylist, Chloe, is fantastic!!! However, on the two occasions that Chloe was not available the stylists assigned to me also did an amazing job!
Wonderful experience Thanks for the excellent service and atmosphere. As usually I was very happy with my hair cut and color. So worth the added price above other salons.
