I really like Gene Juarez..but their prices are getting pretty high. I really feel that they should offer a loyalty program or incentive program. That would be the best way to show how they appreciate their customers.

Susan! You are a hair savior. Thank you for fixing my (non-intentional) multicolored not supposed to be ombré looking highlights to a perfect consistent color. My hair turned out to be the exact color I showed you in the picture. Your many years of color experience really show with the results of your work. I have been asked by multiple people who did my color! Thank you and see you soon!

First of all, I received a gift certificate for my birthday, and was hesitant to use it because I have a colorist/stylist that I love. But I couldn't let $115 go to waste, but after reading the reviews I was in a slight panic. Not much good. I did call and made an appointment for a cut and manicure. Karen was the stylist I made an appointment with, and I do like the cut. Not enough to change where I currently go for a cut and color, but I would recommend her to anyone who asks. I love this salon! I've been coming to the Southcenter Mall location for a few months now for haircuts, color, and styling, and I've received great service from the stylists and staff. I especially have to give credit to Chelsea, who did a tricky color correction on my hair. She's been a friendly and knowledgeable consultant about continued maintenance as well as actually doing the color treatments. Nice atmosphere once you enter the salon/spa area.

Wanted to get my hair styled for my sister's wedding. Not the place to go if you want to keep your natural curl. The stylist kept running her fingers through it breaking up the curl structure and making it poofy. Great service in redoing it for me, but still not right.

They do such an amazing job. I love when they give you a scalp massage when your getting the deep tissue massage. Whenever I go in there I feel so much better... They make you feel special...

I absolutely loved this place! I first came in to get a scalp treatment and bow-out by Micsha (sorry if i spelled her name wrong). She was so sweet and my scalp felt amazing on top of my hair looking awesome for my date night with my fiance. I called again the next week to set up a color appointment. I told them my scalp was really sensitive so I needed someone who would be gentle considering I've had chemical burns from people not coloring my hair correctly at other salons. Had my hair colored by Chevy and she worked a miracle! I came in with my hair mostly black with red dye underneath and she was able to take out all that box color and re-dye my hair to be matched with my natural hair color. She then met with me again an hour later and did a full ombré/ balayage. My hair looks amazing and I've gotten so many compliments and people asking me where I got it done.
