Frances is the best! If you want short hair, she is the master. I have been going to her for 14 years now and I don't know what I would do without her. She has always listened to what I want and sometimes she knows what I want before I do. Thanks for making me feel beautiful every time I leave your chair!

For the past 9 years, I've had my hair cut & styled by Teresa at the Westfield/Southcenter location. I was growing out my short permed hair to a below the shoulder style. Teresa was able to make suggestions to cut & style my hair during that awkward growing out stage. We even got to the stage where I stopped perming my hair. Everyone said I looked much younger. I trust Teresa to always make me look my best!

I've been here a few times now and was never truly satisfied with the outcome and the price. This time Willow did my hair and I will make sure to book with her again. I came in with white icy blonde hair that was damaged and very unhealthy. I was trying to go darker, hopefully brown or as close to that as I can get. I have been a customer here for the past four years, but after a botched haircut, I will be looking elsewhere. Here's the thing- it's a different experience every time depending on who you have. Getting color done with Jeanette? 5/5- that woman is a goddess and I love her and if you do decide to go here, she is the best. I have had my hair colored by someone else there whose name I can't remember but she was not very nice and the experience was bland for lack of other words. I have been going to the South Center Gene Juarez since 1999. I come all the way from Yakima to get my haircut there. My girl that used to do my hair, Holly, is no longer there & they suggested Ramsey & she is every bit as good as the senior girls.. I definitely will be asking for her again.The girl they suggested before her was good as well, but I can't remember her name, but I'd be happy to have her again as well. It's always worth it to drive to South Center Gene Juarez to get my haircut.....

I am always so skeptical when I bring a photo in of what I want my hair to look like, BUT Susan and Jennifer did an amazing job and put me at ease and made me feel and look wonderful. I showed them a picture of what I wanted for my cut (Jennifer) and color (Susan) and it was spot on. My hair looks and feels amazing and they were able to recommend me at home product that didn't make my hair feel gross after applying it. I will definitely be back!! Thank you for making me feel beautiful again!

I just have to say Susan is the best colorist in the biz! I've been going to her for years and wanted to share! She goes out of her way to fit me in, always has ideas to keep my hair fresh with color and products and is fun to hang out with while getting your hair done. I will never go to anyone else! After my last visit and review, I was contacted by corporate who apologized for the bad color and manager and offered my next color for free if I tried them again. I recently took them up on their offer and had Sydney for my colorist again. Sydney was really great. She did a fantastic job with the color and style. She also noticed the part in my hair had been burnt the day before from too much sun and she was very careful, asking me to let her know if the color burned or anything. I see Naomi every three weeks for my eyebrows she is hands down the best in the area. I also see Faith to get my hair trimmed every few months she is great as well.
