I booked a last minute haircut with Whitney and she had did an amazing job! She was very nice and accommodating. I will for sure book again with her! Thank you Whitney!!!

I read the ridiculous review of the all over color by Jeannette. I have been a client of jeannettes for a couple of years now and love her and her work. Anyone who knows her knows that review is nuts. She has got to be one of the sweetest, caring people I know. First of all she does an amazing job on my hair and I too have an all over color with treatment. That is exactly what I get every 4 weeks. Roots first and then ends so ends don't get too dark. i had my appointment at 5:15 and got there around 5:05, i waited in the lobby until 5:40 and finally went to the front desk to ask about when my appointment would start and within 5 minutes Elle apologized for the wait and took me back. she was very nice and recommended some good products to me. my hair turned out great despite seeing some negative reviews on here, i was very nervous but am extremely happy with the results. thank you!

This was my first experience with Gene Juarez. And my first time dying my hair and i was excited and nervous at the same time. Susan mase me feel comfortable and made me feel i was in good hands. They gave me so much information on my hair and what products i should be using for my hair. Then i went over to Alexa and she cut my hair put products in and then thinned my hair out. They are great at what they do. I will be coming back. Thank you guys

I've seen a lot of people over the years and I've had some great experiences and also some not so great ones. However there's one experience that has surpassed expectation each time, & that's Faith! She collaborates a perfect balance between what you ask for and what she thinks will compliment your hair and face best. Every time I leave her chair my hair feels amazing!! So If you are looking for someone to cut your hair book with Faith!

I came back here after taking a break from Gene Juarez. I have long hair and decided to get my hair cut with Nyx, a designer at this location. I think she has natural talent in cutting hair that is flattering for each individual person. I felt that she really took her time with me, paid close attention to cutting and double-checked multiple times to make sure everything was even and blended. Had the most amazing facial such a peaceful and relaxing place. I definitely will go again when I am in town! I appreciate the ambiance! I felt refreshed and my skin was glowing. I love the paraffin hands and their relax room. The check in did take a while and definitely can see it was understaffed but they were very apologetic and acknowledged it.
