My mom and I have gone to Susan at Southcenter Gene Juarez for many years. Susan always makes our hair look great and knows exactly what we want. We highly recommend Susan!

I've been going to the Southcenter Gene Juarez for hair color for over a decade. I've had Susan as my colorist for much of this time. Even after I moved to the Eastside, Susan is still absolutely worth the drive. She is great company during the process, incredibly talented at balayage, and she's efficient. She always listens carefully to what I'm looking to do, and suggests helpful tips and products to keep my fine, long blonde hair in good condition. Normally I would rate my GJ services as a 5, but I do have one major gripe: they are charging full price for half the service. And I mean that literally -- they are NOT allowing blow drying or providing any of the amenities such as coffee, tea, water, or even a magazine to look at. I understand wanting to take extra precautions during COVID, but the extremes that they have gone to is pretty ridiculous. GO TO SUSAN! My friend has been going to her for years and so I scheduled an appointment with her and she did amazing. We did a fashion color (purple) over my previous balayage and it came out better than I expected. We also did a conditioning treatment and color lock as well and my hair wasn't damaged at all. Highly recommend her, she's the sweetest!

Long time GJ customer, I've been getting my hair cut by Frances for fifteen years and I always leave feeling fabulous. Would highly recommend her to anyone. And if you're looking for a Brow Arch Heather is awesome!

I have been going to Southcenter for many years. Faith cuts my hair and has always done a fine an amazing job. She always makes the best suggestions for products and they always work well in my hair. First - if I was simply providing a review for Jordan, my fantastic and delightful hair stylist she would receive six bajillion stars. Jordan is absolutely amazing. She cuts my hair just like how I like. She gives me honest recommendations and she is simply amazing. Every time I visit Jordan I leave happily. Please please make an appointment with Calros! He did a fabulous job getting the hairstyle i wanted! He did it exactly as the photo I showed him. No BS, and will tell you what your hair needs and what would look better on you, but does not pressure to add more services for that day! He is such a nice person and takes his job seriously :) I will go only to him for my future hair cuts :) much love!
