Wonderful haircut by Jordan!!! She consistently cuts and styles my hair and I wouldn't be the same without her! I decided to go with short bangs this visit and she did exactly what I was looking for.

I have been a regular customer of Chloe at the Southcenter location for a couple of years now. I love her and she does a great job cutting & styling my hair.
I had a substitute stylist who made me wait 10 minutes after my designated apt and no one offered an apology. Secondly, the stylist didn't ask me how I like my hair to be styled and went on to cut off way too much of my hair (I'm 72 yrs old). Did not like the result and I will ask not to be paired with her again. I've been a customer for 15 years and this was the least pleasant experience.
