Jordan is the ONLY person I trust to cut my hair and not to mess it up. She as a hairdresser gives really good advice on products to achieve what I'm looking for my hair to do in the future. Gene Juarez has great stylists and colorist services and I always feel comfortable coming here. I absolutely love this place and always leave satisfied.
I came in for a base color with Susan. I had highlights in and was done with them and wanted to go natural. I called a week ago and was able to get a appointment with Susan, she is one of the premiere colorist and has been there for 14 years. She was very nice and did a good job, she recommended a conditioning treatment and I was very pleased with the end results. The environment is super nice. And stylist Faith is great. She is very detailed and patient. And make sure you get what you ask for. She doesn't rush her process and she makes sure you are satisfied. I would definitely cut with her again and highly recommend her
At the suggestion of a friend in Gig Harbor I called Gene Juarez requesting a miracle- same day appointment with a master stylist and colorist. I am traveling, in need of service and don't know any salons in the area. The person who took my call was lovely and helpful and said I could get both at the Southcenter Mall location (very near to my hotel) as they had a late cancellation. Highly recommended ! Realized early this morning that I needed a BAD haircut so went on here & the first response I got was from Gene Juarez! I was scheduled an appointment with Rosa and let me tell you.....she SLAYED my hair! Can I jus say she was so cute & pregnant as well? Highly recommend Dany as a colorist and stylist!! From the moment she introduced herself, she extended a warm and friendly presence and demeanor. During our consultation for my color correction, she was very attentive and listened to my concerns and needs. Mindy and Rosa are amazing for hair!!! I don't know about anyone else here but these ladies won't leave you disappointed. Would definitely recommend both of them.
Heather is excellent. Her cuts are perfect for framing the face. She takes into consideration hair type and overall look. She is pleasant to chat with, and supportive of her clients. Hong is a phenomenal colorist. I am a cosmetologist myself and have seen very few colorists that are this talented. Hong did a perfect color correction on me. NOT an easy job but she aced it. I found her prices to be reasonable given the complexity of the correction. Kate
