Consistently this location has the most friendly staff. I'm an avid lover of Kerastase haircare and literally am in love with this location. Each time I come in the front desk staff doesn't ever rush me while I'm shopping. The friendly artists will always answer questions and I swear they move the shelves to keep their new lines on the front of their guests eye. After going to a salon for about a year and always getting just the basics from my stylist, I decided to try somewhere new. GJ was the first place I looked. I walked in for a consult and told them what I wanted, Balayage and a trim. I had a photo that I referenced specifically and I discussed in detail what I was looking for. Needed a haircut badly and decided to roll the dice and book a haircut with someone new. I'm very picky about my hair and was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Noah listened to exactly what I wanted done to my hair. I needed structure and movement, but didn't want much length off. My hair looks incredible and I would highly recommend him.

I was a little hesitant about getting my hair done here because I have long, thick, curly hair but the ladies that took care of me left me feeling like a new person. They were amazing and my hair looks great. I was very apprehensive about changing up my look but they were very patient and listened to me when I asked for things. They gave great customer service and I look forward to getting my hair done here again. Farrah did my color and Madison did my cut and style. I'm beyond happy with my results!

My hair got WRECKED at a salon last week, and was suggested GJ. From the moment I walked in, I felt like a princess. Willow fixed my balayage, and it looks amazing. She went beyond what I thought. She set me up with Karen to cut my hair. I hate getting my hair cut, but I'm LOVING my hair. I usually don't make future appointments, but I did with them for next month! Love both of them, and GJ should be proud of these two excellent stylists.
Danielle is my girl!! I was very nervous for my balayage appointment considering I've never colored my hair before. She made me feel so comfortable and let me show her my ideas of what I'd like. She went above and beyond my expectations and I highly recommend her! She's very kind and great to chat with! Already booked my next appointment.
After moving back home to Seattle after being away at college, I had to find a new hair stylist and I found her! Rosa at GJ Southcenter has been an absolute angel ! She took so much care of me. In the past ( not at GJ but other salons) I have had hair stylist tell me that my hair was too much work for them, they have made me feel bad for having thick hair, but Rosa did not! My hair was a hot mess. I wanted to do balayage to check out what this hype was all about (actually I'm lazy- wanted to dye my hair every 6 months which is why I decided to do balayage). When I first came in, I only had an inch of my roots (since I dyed my whole head previously).
