I love this salon, and yes I agree it's a pricey. Unfortunately, my favorite stylist has moved on, and I can't find her. If anyone knows where I can find Grace, please message me!!

Gina is very skilled and talented at what she does! She's been styling and giving me couture haircuts for a while now. I've gone to Downtown, Northgate and U-Village Gene Juarez and don't receive the same great customer service as I do at the Southcenter Gene Juarez.

I came in for a deep tissue massage and had a very bizarre experience with the women who was getting me checked in. She did not introduce herself or her role, but said "come on, I'm going to show you were to change." And so she did. After I was changed and sitting near the fire, she came up from behind me and without saying a word and placed a neck pillow on me. She may be new and need some extra training. Came in for a classic manicure with Hanah. I was warmly welcomed and the service started right on time. Hanah is absolutely fabulous and really does a meticulous job. Think I found a winner!!! Price is a bit high, but well worth it for your nails to look so well manicured - you get what you pay for.

Ricco worked on me today and she was a hair ninja! I have thick, frizzy, curly, coarse Puerto-rican hair that is a beast! She tamed the wild beast with a Keratin Express blow-out and long layered curls. This location has many qualified stylists to work on any type if hair! Highly recommend this location if you have ethnic hair.

I found Gina by accident and she is amazing. My regular stylist started having personal issues and was constantly rescheduling appointments. Out of desperation I quickly called Gene Juarez and was booked with Gina. I showed her the haircut that Halle Barry currently has and she matched it perfectly! So happy with her and always rebook!

I am so happy with my cut and style. I initially went elsewhere to get a trim and had a botch job done so I came here and Ramsey was so helpful in fixing and styling my hair. She was awesome and friendly. She really made me feel welcome and comfortable. The staff also was amazing and friendly. Since moving here I had been searching for a good stylist and I definitely found one here. I now will be a repeat customer.
