Fabulous as it almost always is. I needed to go thru Nordstrom to get to my car and even one of the clerks complemented me on how beautiful my hair was.
I wish I could remember my stylists name. She was very sweet but the highlights fried my hair. A friend who is also a salon pro said that I should never have been put under a hair dryer during that process. I assume she did it because I use permanent color on my roots to cover gray. Still my hair was like straw and within 10 days I had to get more toner added as the highlights were going...

Do not reccomend I have a friend who went to the academy & the bullying was rampant. Even the instructor joined in, to shame the student. Awful and unprofessional.
Not happy/Won't go back! I used to love Tukwila Gene Juarez! No tso much anymore.. I moved out of state 6 years ago and recently moved back and started going to them again - have been 4 times since I got back and never once left completey happy. I've had 2 people cut my hair and 2 people color and out of all 4, I would only recommend Hong for color! She is who I used to have my hair colored by and is still there....
Provide 10 dollar haircuts but charge 45-80 dollars! Since the renovated spa opened in Southcenter, quality has gone downhill. I had a HORRIBLE hair cut in the spring by Ricco, it was fixed free of charge, but my hair was MUCH shorter than I wanted. In September I decided to give it another chance.
