My experience was good. Quick, easy and comprehensive. I noticed a few things at the front desk with one particular person. I didn’t get her name but she was rude with several of the dental patients. She can use some training in customer service. Otherwise the three people (2front desk and one dental assistant) who helped me was excellent! They made the visit great! Front desk should be more friendly. Surprised 5 peoples assisted me 1. For seating 2. Entering info to the computer 3. Just to look the entire mouth 4. Cleaning took approximately 10 mins 5. To polish None of them introduced themselves. No dental floss No rinse Good thing I always carry bottle water in my car and rinse my mouth as soon I got out. I felt my mouth is not clean enough without rinsing it.
Always a pleasant experience at gentle dental. My. Dentist are always gentle (no pun intended haha) and educate me on the services I usually get. Customer service is always good to, no rudeness and I get seen on time.
4/10/24: I went to Gentle Dental last March 18 for prophylaxis.. after some X-rays, the doctor came in & and checked my teeth. Then a lady assistant talked to me & said that l needed to have a Deep Cleaning Procedure which will cost me about $750. I said that l can't afford that so if I could just have a regular cleaning. My experience with this office has been very unpleasant. I was scheduled for an appointment they didn’t out of courtesy they should had called me of the office being closed. I showed up and the office was closed. Also, I was told of copayments that the insurance didn’t covered. I was told an amount later the day of my crown measurements a certain was added.
