Susana was very prompt and helpful. I was struggling with insurance coverage and she made sure to do everything she could to get me in still and was able to help me with cost. im extremely grateful for her kindness and all her support in helping me care for my teeth. The staff here are amazing! The care my daughter received was timely and I was very well informed about what was going to take place. They explained everything to us in advance and made her feel comfortable and confident about having her wisdom teeth extracted. I would highly recommend them.

I have been going to Gentle Dental for 25 years. The staff in the front are alway professional and welcoming.Dr Song has taken care of my teeth for at least 10years. I would just love to give a special shoutout to the very supportive and helpful receptionist at this dentist office (specifically Dalia and Myra. They've never met me and I've never been a patient but they were nice enough to provide me with orthodontic rubber bands in my time of desperate need while providing excellent customer service. I think they should be given a promotion if offered and even a raise. Shoutout DALIA and MYRA 10/10 service.
