I've been with Gentle Dental for many years. Lila and Dr. Song have great and very professional. I recommend this dental office.

Went here for a weekend visit and everyone was nice. I had some teeth sensitivity and was worried it was a cavity. Dr Randhawa was so efficient in thoroughly checking and recommended a filling for some exposed root. He was able to take care of it the same day. Huge shout out to such a great team to Susana the office manager, Dr Randhawa and the entire staff in being cheerful, efficient and welcoming. I would go again

First time coming to this dental office. Awesome staff, environment, and service. Dr. Randhawa was amazing, he made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Such amazing experience! I've always been afraid of going to the dentist but Dr. Watanabe was so nice and gentle. I've gone to other offices that told me i needed my teeth pulled out but Dr. Watanabe was very knowledgeable and was able to save the teeth. He has a such a gentle touch that i slept through the procedures! I highly recommend Gentle Dental and Dr. Watanabe! A++++ *btw, hes super cute!!

I was having a hard time finding a dentist that can take me in for tooth pain I had been having. I found Gentle Dental online and they were able to take me in right away. The staff was friendly and efficient. I was scheduled with Dr. Watanabe. Dr. Watanabe was very knowledgeable, gentle and patient. I moved from Mississippi 10 years ago, I had high expectations for a dentist so I had a very hard time finding a dentist in California that I would be comfortable/satisfied with the first few years here. After seeing Dr.Watanabe back in 2018, I knew I wouldn't be going anywhere else. He is very gentle and great at communicating. I have been seeing him for 5 years now for all of my cleanings and some treatments. I'm very pleased with all of my work, thank you Dr.Watanabe and staff! -Kaitlyn V.

Love every dentist I have seen! Reception is always nice and explain everything pretty well. Always love a parking lot living in CA and this location has one! A pharmacy is close by as well if you ever need to pick up something.

I've been here twice and have really appreciated the friendliness, professionalism and timeliness of Dr. Watanabee and his dental assistant. One of my most positive experiences with a dental office in a while! The front desk folks could be a bit more welcoming upon arrival though.

The amount of times they've saved me from the location in Sunnyvale is unreal. Their location in Sunnyvale is terrible and their front desk SUCKS. I really appreciate the people in the Hayward location for always squeezing me in and never cancelling on me 20 min before my appointment or cancelling on me ever actually lol. The front desk are on top of everything and are really nice/welcoming. Their office is also much cleaner.
