Dr. Watanabe and his assistant Nhi Nguyen were great. Had to get some cavities filled, no pain at all with the needles, filling, or afterwards. Clean, informative, and painless.

I was quickly greeted when I walked in and then met with Nhi for my x rays and then Dr. Malik and Leila did my cleaning. Everyone was super professional and friendly which makes coming to the dentist so much easier. Great, friendly and honest staff. I've been to many dentists in the past but would actually recommend this one. I'll be back for my next cleaning

I was not a patient but I have picked up many people from their wisdom teeth surgeries and this was the best yet! Alison was able to listen to her favorite artist the whole time because he dropped a new album! They even gave her gauze and supplies for at home use so she could be comfortable saving us some money at CVS! And overall they're just really nice people and did good work! Mariana Chavez helped me at the front desk with everything I needed. Everyone who attended me even the dentist were comprehending that this was my first time at the dentist and I felt comfortable and exited to come back to get the rest of my filings done

Dr. Lama is a wonderful doctor. Dental hygienists are super nice. Friendly place to be, Nei was wonderful to talk to. Had a great time today at the dentist. They make going to the dentist easy and almost painless.

Dr Song was really professional and fast. I had to do 2 crowns and expected the treament to be painful but she always made sure no pain at all. She also tried her best to make the crowns perfectly fit for me. I tried to schedule appointments so that I could go back to work, and everyone did an amazing job to be flexible with my time, finish things as quickly as possible, but still make sure all processes are performed perfectly. Thank you.

We had a bad experience with Gentle Dental in Fremont, which was much closer to us than this one. As our insurance was not covering any other good clinics around the area, we reluctantly chose the Hayward branch for our twin boys. We were made to wait for a long time just like in Fremont but finally it's all paid off as we loved the dentist, Allan pang ( i am not sure if I spelled his name right). I see that many of the bad reviews were before 2015, but it was a bit concerning when I was first assigned this dental practice by my dental insurance. Anyway I decided to give them a chance and I am glad that I did! Of course the office is clean and the people are quite nice, otherwise I would have walked back out the door and changed provider right away.
