Yesterday I had my first appointment in gentle dental and the office ad the whole place itself looked great. I had a great time they took x rays and the dentist were nice. It was great having myfirst appointment.

I have only been to my first visit but I like how courteous and thorough the staff are. Everything was explained to me in detail and the doctors were very friendly.

I haven't been to a dentist for some time because of insurance issues. Dr. Song, Zohreh the hygenist, and Mimi the office manager were very kind and understanding about my financial situation and helped me get the treatment I needed. The dental work was excellent , so i will rely on Gentle Care for my dental needs.

Great experience across the board! The staff was great, from Laila at the front desk to Dr. Song. I will refer this office to my family and friends in the area... Thanks Gentle Dental!

I went here "out of the blue" for convenience sake. Maybe should have yelped it first. Anyways, I came here to get a cleaning. Service was okay, had to wait but thats expected. But, I decided to not make it my regular dentist. I just didn't like the location, its a bit scary. I'm sure there are better ones out there.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend coming her. The only thing is that they're pretty busy, so even after making an appointment, expect to wait around for a while.

My son had his first dentist appointment here and he's three and half.. did he freak out? scream uncontrollably? spit at the dentist or the hygienist? cry and whine till his face hurt? no, no, no, no and no! He was totally cool! Staff was super awesome, easy to deal with and very helpful with the whole procedure - start to finish. The hygienist who called herself "Auntie Laila" kept things light and funny, and did her best to keep him calm and aware of what was going on. The only complaint that I have about the office is that I have had to go back a few times to have my bite adjusted. However, this may be odd to me since I haven't been to the dentist in over a decade, so this may be normal. Dr. Patel has told me that I need to have my wisdom teeth removed, but they cause me no pain at the moment. She is very understanding and not pushy whatsoever.
