If I could give 0 stars I would. I was set up with an appointment which I received text confirmation but NOBODY could find me in their system. I can't even imagine how sloppy and unorganized this facility is! Find yourself another Oral Surgeon because you will NOT BE HAPPY with their customer service!

Avoid at all costs! This was by far the worst dental experience I've ever had. The facility is not well maintained and very dirty. I waited for over an hour, only to be told the doctor would "call me" instead. Seriously? How is that even acceptable? Completely unprofessional and feels like a scam operation trying to squeeze as much money as possible from insurance and individuals. They are mostly targeting poor old people. They quoted $500 for whitening trays after initially saying they were free if used at home. That's blat... read more

I honestly had a horrible experience at Gentle Dental. The general dentist was rude and petty. Not considerate whatsoever. I would not recommend coming here ever!!!

Holy. How dare you? This dental office lost its mind. It made appointments and rescheduled appointments by itself without getting the customer's admission. Even I get there on time and I have to wait one and half hour, I have to go because that's the Wed. morning. I said to cancel the appointment. And after that, I received a fcking letter telling me I needed to pay a fcking late fee for the appointment. Are you guys crazy? Wtf are you guys doing?

Went in today. They Looked at x-rays and the doctor barely even looked at for me for minutes. Said I needed 4 fillings and an operation. I refused the business manger came in and tired to convince me otherwise. How does the business manager have knowledge of dental expertise more than the doctor ? Seems like a money grab operation. Don't recommend

Brought my XRAYS, set in Chair for over an Hour! Dr.Watanabe came in and looked for 5 minutes and said you need to see a Prothodontis !! My Cigna HMO didn't cover, I also needed a Root Canal... my old Dentist told me, they wouldn't give me a Referral. Waste of my Time!! Christina at the Front Desk was Very Rude!!! Don't Waste your Time or Money here.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this dental office. This dental office is probably- if not- THE WORST dental office. Dr. Watanabe was okay but the staff is THE WORST office staff. The quality of service from Dr. Watanabe was okay. He did not provide any information to my mom when referring her out to a specialist. He claimed the work was outside of his specialty- which is fine. But you would think he would have some knowledge as to who to refer the patients out to. It was the other day 4/20/24 I was numbed with a couple of injections thinking I was going to get my wisdom tooth pulled out & was told AFTER I got my injections that they were not going to move forward with the procedure & I had to wait another 2 weeks for a specialist to do it. I really wish they would have WAITED to inject & numb me. I was so damn upset I left the place cryin with my face numb without any work done. Absolute worst dentist experience I've ever had. I should've taken the fact that they Never answer the phone or respond to voicemails as a sign. The business name is a flat out lie. Dr. S was rough, rushed, and defensive when I gave any feedback. This is the 1 time I've ever cried at the dentist in my 40 years of deep cleanings & root canals & crowns.
