I went in to get wisdom teeth extracted.. the oral surgeon was good .., she did good job. But you have to be careful about their shady insurance billing process ... beware of front office staff & make sure you know ahead of time what your insurance covers or what not & how much will be out of pocket, Do your homework. I can't explain how disappointed I am of this place. I regret getting my braces here. I started my treatment almost 2 yrs ago and just a month ago I was told I had to pay an extra $600 dollars because my insurance didn't pay their part ON DECEMBER 2016!! When I started my treatment I paid everything off since I was going to leave work to be a stay home mom (I had no one to take care of my baby) and my insurance was going to disappear. Had an appointment today at 9:00a.m. bottom line... I walked out. I asked the x-ray tech her name she said, "Beautiful." Sarcastically. So I ask what her last name is, She says again, "Beautiful." I say, "really, your first and last name are Beautiful?" Anyway... the woman gets a serious attitude starts mouthing off asking why I want her name and which name I want. I wouldn't even give this place one star. They tried to upsell me and make me pay $350 which my insurance doesn't cover and I kept saying no I just want what my insurance pays my insurance pays for me to get my teeth cleaned every 6 months and they insisted and I needed $350 worth of additional prep to clean my teeth which is untrue. Joanne the office staff was extremely antagonistic and rude. Changed my dentist!

Came in for an exam - being on a fixed income , let them know I purchased Blue Cross Dental - declined their dental package, never heard back after my few calls to ask for the discount (my share of costs from my now plan) this alongside them selling me a small 2oz. tube of paste they stated I needed for my next deep cleaning ( to harden the enamel, shared this with other dental offices they never heard such a thing) I paid the $25 , yes - this office never called me back for what would be my share of cost which I repeatedly ... read more

I went here since my husband seems to like them. Had tooth pain and saw a dentist. He said my teeth looked great with no cavities but I needed a deep cleaning. They shot me up Novocain and cleaned half my teeth and doesn't see anything wrong with my tooth that was in pain. Well still had some pain but dentist seemed to think I'm fine. Came in for a consultation for my older child. Brought my younger child along. The staff wasn't friendly to my younger child. My daughter was looking at the toy machine saying she wished she had a coin for it. Another little girl walks in, her mother had an appointment, they gave the girl tokens for the machine, and said ooh, let's put a movie on the TV for you! This place just took a nose dive. They really care only about your money. The first time I went everything went very smooth. Nothing to complain about in fact it received a 5 but as time went by I just got more disappointed. My work schedule is off 1 Saturday and work 1 Saturday. The week that I work that Saturday I'm of on a Thursday. Every single time I wanna make an appointment on those days I get the oral surgeon doesn't work this day and that day. I am dental-phobic, but knew I needed help when a tooth broke. I bought their $59 "policy" so I could get a cheaper rate. They texted me to arrive at 8:20 despite the fact that they did not open the doors until 9:00 AM and were unable to explain why I even got this text.
