A truly great experience! Although I typically dread the car buying experience, Matt Hoopes made this time the exception. He made sure the smallest feature I mentioned wanting was met. Bad Service department Do not buy a car from this dealership, I have received 2 safely recalls on my Lincoln MKC, that my car can catch on fire. I have been trying to contact the service Department for 4 months and they will not even return my calls. I have purchased 3 cars from them but I never will again.
