My service advisor Dylan Gingerella was wonderful. My service advisor Dylan Gingerella was wonderful. When my Bronco required a day to repair a warranty covered item he had arranged a car service to take me home and return me to Grapevine Ford the next day. I always bring my Fords to them for service and repair when needed. The service department has always been excellent.

I went into the dealership to buy a new car, the second I went into the dealership to buy a new car, the second time I have purchased from this dealership. Both times I was treated with respect, and worked to understanding of what car I really needed, the sales person was genuine, worked hard to get me the best price, and was very thoughtful of all the details.
