Our vehicle purchase at Graprevine Ford was the best car buying experience we have ever had. The salesman had the car pulled up to the front, keys in hand and he was waiting for use outside as soon as we arrived. The entire process was efficient and we were out in no time.
This dealer has been my choice since 1979 I always have a good service agent to help. Today my long time 10 year service agent was not working so I was given another nice young man who was very happy to help. This shows the dealership does good training with all their service agents. I was pleased with the help and service. I am saving to get a new car soon -I Hope! This dealer will be my choice to buy from because they do things right!!

That was the easiest, shortest car buying experience I’ve ever had! Normally it takes me a week to find a car I like and negotiate a fair price. Staff was courteous and helpful! We will need another truck for my husband in a few years so I’ll be sure to visit again!
From the moment i walked it, i didn't feel pressured and it was all about what i wanted.. i had a trade in and we ended up agreeing to what I wanted for the trade, no pressure i was in and out at about 3 hrs. Every question answered every concern addressed.
