A truly great experience! Although I typically dread the car buying experience, Matt Hoopes made this time the exception. He made sure the smallest feature I mentioned wanting was met. Everyone I interacted with at this dealership (Matt, Joe, Chris) were very kind and attentive and never subjected me to that “pushy, hard-sell” approach.

Truly cares and goes above and beyond Chris my sales rep was superior, he went above and beyond and made the process of buying a vehicle very enjoyable. Great staff I purchased a new F150 from them and was very happy with the professionalism of their sales people and finance staff. Bad Service department Do not buy a car from this dealership, I have received 2 safely recalls on my Lincoln MKC, that my car can catch on fire. I have been trying to contact the service Department for 4 months and they will not even return my calls. I have purchased 3 cars from them but I never will again.
