Michael Massey in sales was extremely helpful and made no effort to influence our choice - he simply provided great information that we used to pick the right vehicle. In my previous review. They made good on their mistake, retrieved the truck and made a deal. Sube was outstanding and didn't have control of the previous situation. What had happened was out of his control but once he got the control back he handled it like a true professional. My experience was very professional and they owned the mistake.
