I called and talked to Caden.I asked him to take a video and identify any marks on the vehicle. He did as I requested and informed me the vehicle was spotless. We negotiated the price over the phone. We drove 260 miles to pick up the vehicle. It was as described and the whole process went very smoothly. I would recommend Grapevine Ford and ask for Caden.

Our sales person Matt Hoopes was very knowledgeable and explained features and benefits in a way 2 old people like us could understand. I'd argue my experience here was more like a 3. I'd argue my experience here was more like a 3.5 than a four, but it wasn't too bad. Of course there was the typical salesman crap you'd expect, even if you're just in the looking phase. But overall the dealership was clean and well kept, and other times I've been to this dealership for service they have been professional. But I have not bought from them. Even though my one experience looking at cars here was average, all things considered I'd say this is a good place.
Above and beyond. Above and beyond. Took time to listen to what I needed and wanted. It was an unusual situation and they worked with me to the end. Great job.
