He wrote up the service order and requested a ride share for me and I was quickly on my way. The pickup (delivery of the vehicle) was just as smooth. Scott was absolutely wonderful, had everything ready, was Scott was absolutely wonderful, had everything ready, was knowledgeable about the car features, and made the 72 hour love/lease hassle free. The 3 stars come from the sales manager that negotiated the deal (I don’t remember his name). He was “not aware” of thousands of dollars in rebates on his own site, complete lowball of the trade in, and consistent pushing of the extended warranty (ford cares & LoJack).
