Really great experience Dare I say a semi-honest dealership? Paul helped me buy an Arcadia, and he was fairly new. He did not know all the answers but found them instead of trying to be a know it all. I told them my situation and what I wanted and they helped me get it without trying to up sell me or push me.

Great group of people. I hate buying cars and I don’t really like being sold. I would not call myself easy to deal with when buying cars. These guys at Grapevine Ford made it seamless and easy to get in, educate on the details, compromise where they can, and got me out.
