Heath was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable, and from my description of problems, he knew exactly what the issue was. He was in constant contact with the mechanic and me, with diagnosis, cost for repairs and time frame for completion. Even had the car washed after. Will definitely use them for any future service needs.

I was in the market for a truck and been looking around I was in the market for a truck and been looking around for a particular interior color that I found out was not available, but Jarvis and Cameron were able To not only get the exterior color that I wanted, but we were able to make change the interior color to what I wanted. He wrote up the service order and requested a ride share for me and I was quickly on my way. The pickup (delivery of the vehicle) was just as smooth. Scott was absolutely wonderful, had everything ready, was Scott was absolutely wonderful, had everything ready, was knowledgeable about the car features, and made the 72 hour love/lease hassle free. The 3 stars come from the sales manager that negotiated the deal (I don’t remember his name). He was “not aware” of thousands of dollars in rebates on his own site, complete lowball of the trade in, and consistent pushing of the extended warranty (ford cares & LoJack).
