We had a great experience all the way around. We traveled 6 hours to buy our new car. Chris our salesperson was absolutely great! He took care of everything before we got there and then took the time to explain everything about our new vehicle including connecting our phones. Devyn from financing worked hard to get us the perfect deal. He even called us late at night while we were traveling because he had got busy and had not been able to touch base with us. They definitely have a customer for life!
The service department did a great job on getting my truck repaired and returned to me when promised.

The experience at Grapevine Ford was first class from start to finish. I live 3 hours away, the deal was done over the phone. I was at the dealership 80 minutes from the time I arrived to leaving in my new truck. Sales and financing was smooth and efficient. I will definitely continue business here in the future.
