Went in for a 90,000 mile service. Went in for a 90,000 mile service. Everything was great. Facility was clean, staff polite and knowledgeable, service done in timely manner, no one asking if you want to buy a new vehicle, nice area to work while you wait and the cafe has good omelets made to order. I just wish the cafe opened earlier.

Great service by David ! Great service by David ! I was not even thinking of buying a new truck. ( I came in to buy a headlight component ). David went the extra mile in service, communication, helpful in showing me inventory of models. I love my new truck ( this is my fourth from Grapevine and will come back.

Scootsy was very knowledgeable about what I was looking Scootsy was very knowledgeable about what I was looking for in an SUV with comfort, off road, towing, etc. I told him I have a Ford Excursion 7.3 diesel 4WD. He is a great communicator and I appreciate him. Marcus also is also very helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed. I have a friend with a need for an Expedition as well as a son of mine for an F250 that I recommend without hesitation.
