I’m very happy that I purchased this warranty. My son had his car towed to the shop on Sunday night for the car losing power. It ended up being the alternator going bad. He goes to college 3 hours away from our home. All I had to do was call the shop Monday morning and tell them what happened and that I had warranty papers in the glove box. I got a call at 3pm saying the car was fixed and that the bill was around $400 but the warranty covered all but $137. Ended up paying 62 dollars more than my 100 deductible.. if u see this you can call me and explain why I had to pay more

I was very disappointed with GWC. Reasons: 1. I don’t appreciate you telling me where to take my car for service. While I asked when I bought the extended warranty, if I can continue to take my car to BMW Garage. One said YES! 2. Since I bought the car and had Easy Care as Extended Warranty – I always take my car to BMW Garage for any service that my car needed. 3. Terry at GWC was very personable, yet professional. I would not only recommend GWC to my friends, I would also like GCW to be my warranty company for any future car purchases.

It still cost me a lot of out of pocket money for the repair. But It is fixed and without your company's help would have cost me double.

Of the necessary service performed, GWC covered everything it was contracted to cover.

I paid really good money for a policy that on paper looks complete, but was told it does not cover 90% of what was wrong with my car even though it's mentioned in writting. Work ordered cost detailed at $850 GWC only approved the cost of the part remainder came out of pocket. Other issues costing another $650 were not covered,, again mentioned in the policy, so I had to decline getting the work done.
