The turn round time you provided for an mechanics to complete the job is insane. I have To wait 24 to 48 hour for approval to receive a car rental but you receive your payment on time every month but you customer had to be without transportation until claim is approved.

This is my first experience with GWC. I have been driving my 2009 X5 (with about 98000 miles on it) with an AUL warranty sold to me 4 years ago by the dealer and wanted to have another warranty once the AUL expired few days ago. I shopped around for at least 5 different warranties and read all the contracts meticulously before finalizing on GWC (exclusionary coverage). I’m really not sure how this company has so many good reviews because I feel I was treated the worst you could possibly be treated. After a month and half of my car being in the shop for a timing chain repair, of going back and fourth with adjusters they finally had my mechanic take out the motor for diagnostic purposes. A day later they chose to drop the claim leaving me with 2,000 in labor charges with my mechanic. I am disappointed that I have to pay 100% to fix unexpected water leaks through several of my doors into my car foot wells

I’m just disappointed that the coverage doesn’t allow for OEM parts to go back into my truck. Instead you want to use aftermarket parts.

First of all you used off the market parts to replace my water pump,you dont pay the dealer repair rate so I have to pay extra That's not what I was told about your company, I was told I only had to pay $100.00 deductible for covered services, then I went to the dealer and had to pay extra This is not right I going to complain more and go to Bitter Buyer, I'm mad !!!!!.

A $241.00 covered repair, GWC only paid $63.00 and I had a $100 ded.Not happy
