You don't have licensed contractors in our area your company knows this so I do we have to argue every time we call in to get a repair person there?

I paid a hefty amount for this warranty and even more to add things the Sensor Package and $0.00 deductible. So how is it that a part that is clearly stated in the brochure as a COVERED REPAIR cost me more to have repaired. The driver door switch went bad. Nothing on the door worked. It says all motors switches and module repairs covered. Well the switch went bad and fried one of the harness pins. My thought is if it’s a covered repair with 0 deductible I should get it back maybe pay tax handshake and leave. No. They fought ... read more

I had my check engine light on reading a code and my vehicle was acting exactly like what the code was saying.When my mechanic called this warranty company up and the rep came out to ride along with my mechanic it didn’t do it at that time.Because it didn’t he denied the claim, even though the check engine was on with the code. When the transmission warms up it does it and the temperature outside was in the 30’s . Really? I can’t believe you would even ask me that!!! This message must have been computer generated or something. I have had a pretty horrible experience!!!!!! I had a front wheel bearing fail that made my truck unsafe and undrivable. If I had not realized this it could have been very dangerous to myself and everyone and everything around my truck. In case you don’t know how serious this was my entire wheel could have come off of the front of my truck!!! That is fine, I’m just glad for everyone’s sake that didn’t happen.... read more

Gwc warranty for new cars and used cars are worth it. Saved me a lot of money in car repairs.
