The warranty didnt cover the things it said it would cover.
GWC did not pay for the entire amount of the repair even though it was supposed to be completely covered. They stated they would only pay for .5 hour labor. The repair technician stated that there was no way the repair could have been accomplished in a half an hour as reimbursed. I would agree that there are very few repairs that can be accomplished in half an hour.
The worst warranty service around. Run!! Do not purchase this extended warranty because it literally covers NOTHING!! I purchased a vehicle with 30K miles and added this extended warranty until 66K miles. (bumper to bumper) Little did I realize that this warranty would literally cover NOTHING! run run run... Buy Fidelity instead, it's cheaper and whenthey say bumper to bumper they mean it!
I went to an authorizes dealer for my car and they said you don’t cover enough and I should never have bought the warranty.
Wasn’t pleased to find out that all the work needed for my truck wasn’t covered. Very unexpected if your company isn’t willing to cover all the expenses why issue a warranty for the vehicle. Disappointed!!!!!
Gwc wanted to put a used tranny in my denali! Had to pay extra to have it rebuilt! The whole reason for me getting the warranty was so i only had to pay deductible! , and tranny would be replaced with new not used wuth more miles than what i have! Gillispies transmisson shop was very informative and knowledgeable! Ron was a true professional, and i would reccomend his shop to anyone!
First off, I just bought this truck and this problem occurred within two months of having it. Haven't driven it anywhere out of Las Vegas and first time taking it to service. I was and still am very disappointed when the Ford service department told me that the warranty does not covered the vacuum pump that is leaking. The transmission was done out of good faith! I had to pay more than My deductible An adjuster didn't work with me Then had to get a different part then didn't get the car fixed all the way. I've been paying for this warranty for a long time in a head no issues out of my car until now i only had a 100 Dollar deductible and you covered half of the part i had to pay the rest i don't think it was right If I had a $100 deductible and the insurance covers to rest so can u please call me and let me know y 812-604-9300 Bryan Jones thks
The only down side was that the shop we took it too charged $130 an hour and you would only cover $105 an hour. We didn’t know that going into the shop. Guess I will have to call around to see if there are cheaper repair shops.
