Very fast to not cover parts. Stonewall the customer. They don’t work with the customer. Recommend purchasing a safeguard or a factory warranty for your vehicle.

Your coverage is not good I paid too much for the plan when I bought the vehicle, and it covered so little. Waste of my money. Regret getting your warranty.

I liked the fact that I had some coverage, however I still ended up coming out of pocket $1000. You all had limits on parts cost and labor costs. I feel like you guys were nitpicking with not covering a lot of the parts. And also wanting me, the customer to be okay with getting off brand or used parts instead of Mercedes Benz parts, that wouldn't be covered under warranty with Mercedes. The coverage you offer does not cover anything and is all lied about from the beginning. you guys cover no ford f150s an excuse will be made up saying pre existing Condition when only drove less than 500 miles. This place is a joke. People please do not use GWC as a warranty! We are not the only people that have had a problem with this company.

Did not cover the labor to replace a part that was covered, why have coverage for a cheap part if the labor is not covered. Will not recommend to anyone who is willing to get an extended warranty.

I had a suspension lift issue that the truck had when I bought it. The dealer I bought it from supposedly fixed it. Come to find out they only cleared the code. I took it to the gmc dealer it was bought from. It changed hands last week. The new company would not cover the repair( which was burned wires) and neither would my warranty. Well why am I paying for a warranty? I feel like I was let down by the company I bout it from and my warranty.

I was told when I purchased this vehicle that it would cover everything. I have now had to pay for ignition coils and spark plugs ($900) computer issues ($1200) and Subaru had to settle out money as countries refusing to pay for head gaskets and then wanted to put old parts back. Subaru dealership ended up buying the cost but still paid out $1906 also in the repair cost. So I've paid $3106 in repairs on a car that I have had for 9 months and owe 8500 still on it. Not happy with warrenty

Glad the warranty works! I was little worried that I paid so much for warranty and my husbands truck has been in repairs several times and was told this or that not covered by warranty. Then the other day my husband got called from dealership saying that some repairs indeed is covered by warranty and that they are sending little refund back to us and I felt better.
