We recently financed a home through Gwen Swain and she was absolutely amazing! Timely, accurate quotes and always willing to offer updates to our estimates as we went through the selling of our home and purchasing the new one. Great team of support staff too!

When we found a house in the Boise metro that we were interested in on a Sunday evening I felt bad putting a blind call in to Gwen, but she not only answered but went above and beyond my expectations answering every question I had and more. Fast forward a couple months and we own our new home and the process couldn't have been better. Working with Gwen is super easy! She is clear and concise in her communications and needs for supporting docs, etc. She made it easy for us to be flexible on lock dates and made clear recommendations on when she thought it was a good time based on rates and terms. Closing went smoothly with minimal details to work out between lock and close date. Highly recommended!

Gwen and her team were great to work with. Very responsive and communication was great during the process! We purchased a home from out of state so the experience of doing this online was very good.
