Reached out to Hassler to get our furnace serviced ahead of the cold season. Next available appointment wasn't for another two weeks which was fine with me but got a call the next day letting me know they had last minute availability that same day! Our tech was so nice and helpful and service was completed quickly. Really happy and Hassler will be our go-to for any HVAC services in the future!

Max Saephan's crew at Hassler just finished installing a new heat pump system on our home built in 1942 and upgrading the ductwork. The difference in comfort is already evident. They were prompt, professional, efficient, communicative, and were quick to answer our concerns. We highly recommend them!

Every Hassler technician and administrator with whom my wife and I communicated and worked was friendly, knowledgable, professional, reliable, respectful, and trustworthy. We primarily communicated and worked with Max, our project manager, who was always responsive and helpful in answering our many questions and solving our many problems. Without exception, all of the staff and workers we came in contact with while Hassler was installing our new gas heater have been both pleasant and efficient. That is really quite unusual. Our heater has been working well for the past few months since it was installed, and the cooler has been easy to adjust and a great help during the warm periods. The company was full of absolute Rockstars! I started the process with Carlos in order to give him an idea of what we needed to get done for our home. He came out to check it out and went to work on an estimate for us. His project manager Max then came out to take some final pictures and get the final plan laid out and the price finalized. Max gave me the heads up that this wasn't a simple unit to replace, and it might take some time to find a similar one that would fit our home. Hassler's customer service and expertise are top notch. They recently installed a heat pump for our single family home and we appreciate the care and attention to detail they demonstrated at every step of the way, from the original walk-throughs/assessment to the installation job to the follow-up with testing, permits, incentive payments, etc. We had approximately three million questions about the job and each and every staff person answered them as if we were their only customers.
